Donna S. Murrell
Donna Murrell is the proud CEO of Carolina Girls Rock Pageant and Carolina Women Rock Pageant. Donna created her Pageant business because of her love for making a difference in the lives of girls and women. She wants every girl and woman to realize that she can truly take hold of her dreams and make them a reality; and the path begins with respect, loving yourself, and CONFIDENCE. She also serves as a Pageant Coach, Judge, Emcee and Director for individuals, organizations, and pageant systems. She coaches in all phases of pageantry from ages 5 to adults working with other pageant systems such as National American Miss, Miss India Pageant, American Royal Beauties, Mrs. USA Ambassador, Miss American Co-Ed, International United Miss, Miss USA Pageant System, Teen Miss Earth, Miss Black Teen USA, Miss International Ambassador, Sunburst International and the Miss Universe Pageant systems. Donna has more than 30 plus years in the fashion, event planning and entertainment industry. She is a former professional runway model and owner for 14 years of Montezic Modeling Agency and State Director for Miss Black Teen USA Pageant. Her agency was named Agency of the Year by the International Talent and Modeling Association in New York City. She also has extensive experience as a Model/Talent Agent, Casting Director, and Model instructor. She currently represents actresses and models as a Talent Manager guiding those who are interested in the entertainment industry. Mrs. Murrell currently travels judging for numerous pageant organizations, in which she thoroughly enjoys. She is a proud member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Charlotte NC. Donna is also a native of Charlotte and a 30 year employee with the City of Charlotte. She is the loving wife to Eugene E. Murrell Sr. and mother to her three adult children - Montez, Armani and Diamen: and "G Ma" to her beautiful granddaughter; Phoenix Maleya - "Princess P" who is her true blessing...G-Ma's babygirl! As a proud grandmother, Phoenix is the 2019 Miss North Carolina American Princess USA!

Diamen Young, Contestant Coordinator
Aspiring and motivating daughter of the CEO/Director. Diamen is also a small business owner and currently exploring her passion in event and meeting planning. She is a smart, hardworking, compassionate and fun-loving person. She has a love for fashion and family.
Amber Wright, Contestant Coordinator Talented and ambitious, currently employed in management with the hospitality industry of a major hotel. When she is not assisting parents with selecting their children with wardrobe, assisting with their hairstyles, she enjoys being a mentor and assisting backstage with our contestants. Shel loves assists with training, professionalism, and preparing them for a memory of a lifetime.
ARMANI J - Professional Dancer/ Choreographer
Armani J. Watson is the son of CEO/Director and a native of Charlotte North Carolina. Returning to the Queen City from California where his talents were showcased as a professional hip-hop dance instructor for Ventura of Danzar and Zumba Fitness Studio; Starlight Dance Academy; and Young Champions USA in California. His self-taught love for dance has earned him rewarding and memorable opportunities such as opening for Gospel Artists Kirk Franklin and Mary Mary; Winner of the Tom Joyner Big Break Talent Competition; Y Dance Team/YWCA; Luv2Dance Studio Instructor; Boys and Girls Club Instructor; NC Dance District Instructor; Liz Claiborne Usher Cologne Promotions; Charlotte Bobcats NBA Basketball "Rally Cat" Dance Team; DTLR Roc The Runway Special Guest Entertainer; Video Hip Hop Dancer for Rap Artist Vee Boi Baby; and Hip Hop Performer and Choreographer for Latin Rap Artist Hypo and J. Axion/Halo Festival. Armani also is a Talent Development and Choreographer for pageant contestants. He currently is a Hope Coach Dance Choreographer with the awesome Inspire The Fire organization. Nichelle Nelson, Assistant Director
Nichelle has over 30 plus years’ of experience to include Managing Editor for I-Fashion Magazine, President of I-Fashion South,CEO of Kreativ Concept Management and Flawlessly Flawed. She is a former Professional Model, Fashion Show Producer and Runway Choreography to name a few. Nichelle is mostly proud of her number one role as MOM to 3 boys; Tywon (30) who is a Minister of Music, A Musician and proud father of three children; Jabari (25) a handsome athlete and Graduate of North Carolina Central University; and Tyler (10) a smart school student with honor awards in mathematics and reading and who enjoys football. She is also Glam-Ma to Alaiya Gabrielle. Ms. Nelson iis a member of Northside Church of Christ. Nichelle has a passion for empowering young girls and instilling in them that there is nothing they can’t achieve through faith and the courage they have inside to be successful in life. “Inner Beauty is just the dose you need for your natural beauty to shine!”
